Every missed call is a job your competitor just booked.
You keep answering the calls you can. CapturePoint handles the ones you can’t get to, so the revenue already headed your way stops leaking. That is where the system starts. Done for you.
Call handling is configured to match the rules that apply where your business operates.
The problem
You don't have a lead problem. You have a response problem.
You’re under a truck, elbow-deep in a dryer, or already helping a customer. Another call comes in, and you can’t take it. Follow-up waits. Administrative work piles up behind it. And every gap creates another opportunity for revenue to quietly walk out the door. Missed calls are the most obvious leak, and that’s where we start. But they’re not the only one.
You are already under a truck
The phone rings while both hands are busy. Nobody picks up.
No message is left
Most callers will not leave one, and will not call back.
They dial the next shop
The job goes to whoever answers, not whoever is better.
Follow-up waits until later
Later becomes tomorrow, and the caller has already booked.
Quotes go cold
Nobody chases them, and the revenue attached to them slips too.
Admin work stacks up
The paperwork gets done at night, or it does not get done.
The cost of doing nothing
Doing nothing has a price. You’re already paying it.
Every unanswered call is a potential job that never makes it onto the schedule. Every delayed follow-up is another opportunity that can go cold.
Do the math over a month, and the leak gets real. This isn’t overhead. It’s revenue you’re leaving behind.
Calculate your missed revenueWhy the usual fixes fall short
Voicemail, a part-timer, or a national call center often leave gaps.
Most of them were not built for a lean shop that cannot stop working to answer the phone.
Voicemail
Many callers never leave a message, and some call the next shop instead.
A part-time answerer
Costs you wages and may still miss nights, weekends, and the busiest hours of the day.
A national service
Often reads a general script and may not know your trade or your rules.
| Voicemail | Part-time answerer | National service | CapturePoint | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Calls answered when you can't pick up | No | During their hours | Typically | Yes, for the calls we handle |

Why CapturePoint
The revenue recovery system, done for you.
CapturePoint is built to support independent shops, not replace the people in them. We start where the leak is biggest: the overflow and after-hours calls you can’t get to. They are handled by your rules, and where booking is set up, callers can be scheduled. We set it up and run it. You keep working.
Call capture is the first piece, not the whole plan. CapturePoint is designed to keep removing operational friction as your business grows, one proven piece at a time.
See how it worksHow it works
You stay in control. We handle the added work.
Step 1
We learn your shop
Your services, your area, your prices, and your rules. We build it once, with you.
Step 2
We cover the calls you can't
Overflow and after-hours calls are handled by your rules. Where booking is set up, callers can be scheduled.
Step 3
You get the job and the notes
The caller's details and what they need land where you already work, so you can pick it up without chasing anyone for context.
Start with the biggest leak. From there, CapturePoint is built to take on more of the operational work as we prove each piece out with you.
Call handling is configured to match the rules that apply where your business operates.
Book a Discovery CallWhere we are
We are building the proof with our first pilot partners.
CapturePoint is early. We are lining up our first pilot partners, and we would rather tell you that than borrow a logo wall. When there are real results, they will be posted here as measured outcomes, jobs recovered and revenue recovered.
Until then, judge us the way you would judge a new tech: on the call, by whether we understand your work.
Who is behind thisThe founder
Built by someone who has sat on both sides of it.
“I’ve worked on both sides of this problem.” Nicholas Potts has supervised and trained in large call-center environments, where the staffing and systems are simply there, and he has been the only office and administrative person at a small owner-operated business where the owner was also the technician. He has watched the same bottleneck from both sides: the work in front of you crowds out the work trying to reach you.
“Owner-operated businesses shouldn’t have to stay small simply because they can’t afford a full administrative staff.”
Your next step
Find out what you are losing, and stop it.
Book a short call. We will look at how many calls you are missing and what it is costing you. No pressure and no hard sell. You will leave knowing your number, whether or not you work with us.
